I support general pizza topping gimmickry (clams, walnuts, the venerable Hawaiian) but I want to call out pickles specifically as an awesome pizza topping that is overdue for mainstreaming. For best results, use thick chips of the crunchiest pickles you can find. Go for strong flavors.
