
Just found out several brands of magnesium supplements (at least in Australia) have chucked in B6 without labelling it super clearly. There's even a class action lawsuit against Blackmores related to this!
In large quantities, B6 can be toxic and cause peripheral neuropathy, which is not fun - hands and feet seizing up constantly, loss of motor skills, nerve damage, etc.
I'm NOT a doctor or medical professional, but I AM a human with many ~hot girl ailments~ who takes a zillion meds and supplements every day.
So consider this a friendly reminder to be extra vigilant & don't accidentally ingest toxic amounts of something you thought was helping you!
