have done 2 workouts so far and am so sore but like good sore! my ageing body has been craving strength workouts but the thought of entering a gym and being perceived is not my vibe and so it's cool i can do lots of these workouts from home!
it's like having a personal trainer in your pocket & you can sync up your music too. my sleep is already better!
is anyone else on this app? what team are you?
